FAXED COPY OF ARTWORK MUST BE SENT to verify art was received correctly. If fax verification is not sent, Perfect will not be responsible if emailed art is not received correctly. For MOUSE PADS, COLOUR PRINT must accompany order or factory cannot be responsible for any colour variation.
ART TO PERFECT / PENPAL on disk:
2.Art can be sent on standard 3-1/2" floppy disks, Zip disks, and CD's.
MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY PRINTED COPY OF ARTWORK.
50.00 (G) per colour Perfect / Penpal makes every attempt to match requested custom or PMS colours, but cannot guarantee a 100% exact match to a submitted colour sample, a referenced PMS colour, or a previous order. The Pantone Matching System (PMS) has become a standard for colour reference, but was developed for standard PMS printing inks on white paper, and may only be used as a loose reference for specifying imprint colours for Perfect / Penpal products. Imprints are applied using pad or screen inks.
These inks are hand mixed as close as possible to the requested colour, but may vary 2 to 4 shades. For these reasons, an exact PMS colour
match cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, note that PMS colours will be automatically referenced from “coated” stock colours.
4. IMPRINT LAYOUT & SIZE:
If customer does not specify, Perfect / Penpal will use its
expertise to layout each customers logo and copy in the most

UNDERRUNS / OVERRUNS The difficulty of manufacturing / printing exact quantities produces a mandatory 5 to 7% overrun or underrun. If no overruns will be accepted, order must clearly state “No Overruns”. If no underruns will be accepted, order must clearly state “No Underruns”. These orders are still subject to a 5 to 7% over/underruns.
TERMS: Credit cards accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Net 30 days from date of invoice upon credit approval. For Net Terms accounts without a past due balance, a discount of 2% is offered when full payment by check is postmarked within 15 days of the invoice date. Perfect Line reserves the right to assess a 2.5% service charge per month on past due unpaid balances.
14. STANDARD PRODUCTION TIMES
Are listed per item throughout the catalog. Production times may vary according to production volume and product availability.
C.O.D. SHIPMENTS not available.
DROP SHIPMENTS add 15.00 (G) to each partial shipment after the first shipment
Factory reserves the right to ship order earlier than customer's requested ship date (unless customer expressly states, "DO NOT SHIP EARLY").
Factory cannot be held responsible if customer wants to make changes to an order that factory has already shipped or shipped early.
F.O.B. POINT Toronto, Ontario
All freight prices are F.O.B. factory. All prices in Canadian dollars. Freight is billed at cost plus 3.00 (Z) per master carton for all orders (including bottles), including those held for will call or billed to customer's account.
BOTTLES, BAGS and stress shapes are shipped in oversized cartons. Freight for oversized cartons is billed BY CARTON SIZE (dimensional
weight), and not by actual weight of the packed carton. Where applicable, dimensional weights are listed for shipping by ground or air service.
SHIPPING WEIGHTS are listed per item throughout the
catalog. All shipping weights are approximate.
21. Perfect Penpal cannot guarantee inventory availability on imported
product or close-out items. Contact factory to verify availability
22. All shipments should be thoroughly inspected upon delivery.
Factory must be notified within 30 days of any defects, omissions, or
errors in manufacturing or printing.
Only authorized returns will be accepted. All shipments leave the factory
in good condition.
Claims for lost or damaged goods, or concealed damage should be fi led
directly with delivering carrier. Leave shipment intact and fi le claim with
carrier immediately. If merchandise ships on customer account, customer
must contact carrier directly if shipment is lost or damaged.
UNIMPRINTED MERCHANDISE cannot be returned. All sales are FINAL.
LATE DELIVERY: caused by natural catastrophe, war, acts of terrorism
or carrier delay is not the responsibility of Perfect Line.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE TO ORDER
25. 40.00 (G) plus all costs incurred by factory up to notifi cation of
cancellation or change. Cancellation or change is not confi rmed until
verifi ed by factory. Many times, product may already be manufactured,
or imprinted and factory reserves the right to bill all additional charges.
